Seashells Cafe at Pinnacles Caravan Park
|
Seashells Cafe on the beach is becoming an increasingly popular place to hang out and enjoy the fabulous view. Our cafe is at the rear of the Pinnacles Caravan Park shop and offices adjoining the park entrance in Aragon St, Cervantes, Western Australia. We serve Fiori coffee, one of the most exquisite cafe blends available. Some patrons come to sit and read the paper or browse through one of the great selection of magazines and books available from our book shop. Breakfast is served on the terrace from 7.30am and our menu includes a big selection of yummy breakfast food, specialising in fresh fruit with yoghurt, freshly baked croissants and different breads. Our menu is available all day. Here's a secret ... our most popular dish is omelette (probably because we make a great omelette). We also serve home-made pancakes with maple syrup and cream or ice-cream. Our lunch menu offers home-made quiches with salad, ham and cheese croisants, a large range of Leslee's triple-decker toasties, and delicious fresh rolls and sandwiches made to your choice. We also feature a ploughman's lunch with cheese, pate, nuts, etc and toasted Turkish bread. In winter we have a never-ending supply of home-made soup with fresh bread rolls. Seashells Cafe boasts a fantastic selection of cakes, biscuits and tarts, all served with cream. A large choice of biscuits and slices are available daily. We cater for special lunches and afternoon teas. In summer we have sundowners on the terrace where you can lay back and watch the sun go down over the Indian Ocean. ShellsThe Seashells Cafe at Pinnacles Caravan Park boasts one of the most extensive shell displays in Western Australia. Owner-manager Leslee Holmes has been collecting shells for more than 40 years and has been keen not to display her collection like a museum. The shells are displayed according to their colour and shape rather than family. There are many local shells which can be collected on the various walks along the beautiful beaches around Cervantes, or purchased from local crayfishermen when they come up in the cray pots. Shells can be purchased from Seashells Cafe at very reasonable prices. Our shop has a lovely range of beautiful gifts sourced from around the world, with a great choice of shell jewelry and mirrors. We also sell a fantastic variety of souvenirs, hats, fishing tackle, bait, ice, lollies, juices, cool drinks, ice-cream and standard grocery items. |
